PRODUCTION TIME

In-stock items, same day or next business day; non-stock and imprinted items, please allow 5 -7 business days or sooner. Production time begins when:

Camera ready art reaches the factory.
Credit has been established, or payment received
Ship date has been approved by f actory.

RUSH ORDERS

There is no rush charge. Please contact factory for orders needed in less than normal production time.

OVERRUNS / UNDERRUNS

On custom or imprinted products we reserve the right to ship up to 5% under or over the quantity ordered. In-stock and unimprinted items are shipped exact with no additional charges.

SHIPPING

CHOICE OF 2 LOCATIONS: F.O.B CA. or F.O.B New York. All orders shipped by best method. We take every precaution to insure safe arrival, but our responsibility ends when shipment is turned over to the carrier (UPS, Truck, etc). If a shipment is damaged when you receive it, insist on a damaged notation on the freight bill by the delivery person BEFORE you accept the shipment. Contact the carrier IMMEDIATELY and request an inspection. This must be done prior to filling a damage claim. DO NOT UNPACK THE SHIPMENT. If you must unpack, SAVE ALL BOXES and packing material. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING DAMAGES.

DROP SHIPMENT CHARGE

$5.00 (v) per destination.

MINIMUM ORDER

$50.00(z) excluding freight charges. ABSOLUTE Minimum for Imprinted Items is 50pcs.

SAMPLES

Random samples are available at no charge (if available). Blank samples are billed at 1st column. Freight charges apply for both random and blank samples.

PACKAGING

Individual poly bagged and bulk packed. Fulfillment and special handling available. Call for Quote. REMOVE ALL PACKING MATERIAL before REMOVING CONTENTS.

TERMS

Net 30 days upon approval of credit references. Custom or imprinted products require 50% deposit with order, balance regular terms. First time orders C.O.D. or prepaid by check or credit card. Orders under $100.00 are prepaid.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

Unless our error, stock items may not be returned without our written permission. Returned merchandise must be carefully packed and in salable condition to be accepted for return. Call for a Return Authorization Number within 10 days of receiving order. All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking charge, plus freight. Custom and imprinted orders are non-returnable. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender. Orders cancelled during production will be charged manufacturing costs incurred todate.
