How a custom order runsSix steps, sketch to doorstep

  1. 1

    Tell us what you need

A sketch on a napkin, a drawing, a photo of something similar, or a sample in the post. Include dimensions, material, quantity and any imprint.

  2. 2

    We quote it

You get a price per piece at your quantity and a lead time. If the job needs tooling, that is called out separately — never buried in the unit price.

  3. 3

    We build a prototype (optional)

Want to hold it before you commit? We build one and you approve it before the run starts. Changes at this stage are cheap; changes after it are not.

  4. 4

    Production runs

Typically 5–7 business days depending on quantity. Tell us your deadline up front and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.

  5. 5

    QC on every piece

Each unit is inspected, then individually poly-bagged and bulk packed in shippable cartons with protective material. Special packaging can be quoted.

  6. 6

    Shipped, blind if you need

Single address or multi-location drop shipments. Cartons carry nothing that identifies us, so orders can go straight to your customer.
