It started with T-shirts
A small print shop in Southern California, putting designs on garments for companies like Disney, Honey Baked and Knott’s Berry Farm. Family-owned from the first day, and still family-owned now.

The print shop became a plant
Printing led to displays. Screens and inks were joined by saws, routers, lasers and ovens, and the shop learned to cut, bend and bond acrylic, styrene and PETG as well as it printed.

One of the largest in the country
That garment shop is now one of the largest acrylic display and sign manufacturers in the United States — more than 600 stock items, a custom shop for everything else, and the same family running it from the same city.

A focused beam cuts acrylic with enough accuracy for intricate designs and complex shapes, leaving clean edges, smooth surfaces and very little wasted material.

Computer-controlled routers carve acrylic, PVC, PETG, wood and aluminum — beveled edges, precisely cut lettering and logos, identical across the whole run.
Injection moldingHigh volumes, low cost
Molten acrylic or styrene injected into precision molds. The right answer when the volume is high or the specification is unusually tight: consistent, repeatable and cost-effective at scale.
CNC knife cuttingNo dies, no tooling bill
Die-less flatbed cutting for foam, vinyl, cardboard, Falconboard, Gatorboard, Sintra PVC, leather and textiles — intricate shapes without paying for custom dies or waiting on setup.
Digital printingVibrant full-color
Flatbed UV printing straight onto rigid material — acrylic, glass, metal, wood — plus decals, vinyls, cardboard and Falconboard. Cures instantly, resists fading and scratching.
Silk screen printingDurable, cost-effective decorating
The workhorse for volume. Opaque enough to print light colors on dark material, cheap per piece once the screens are made, and it lasts. Metallic and fluorescent inks available.
